Welcome to k34a Insights
We work on hard software problems: legacy platforms, unreliable services, manual workflows, and AI that needs to survive production — not just a demo.
This blog is where we share how we think about those problems: tradeoffs, patterns that held up in production, and lessons from modernization and automation work.
What we publish
- Modernization — evolving systems without betting the business on a big bang rewrite.
- Reliability — observability, incident response, and changes that reduce downtime instead of masking it.
- Automation — replacing repetitive work with software people can operate.
- AI engineering — practical integration with review, testing, and guardrails.
How articles are organized
Each post lives in src/content/blog/ as an MDX file with a postMeta export for title, summary, tags, preview image, and more. The site statically generates listing and article pages at build time — well suited for Cloudflare Pages.
If you are exploring a similar problem, get in touch. We are always interested in thoughtful engineering conversations.
